Exchange Policy / Store Credit

For any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are able to accept returns within 3 days from delivery for exchange or store credit less shipping cost. Please note customers are allotted a 5 business day period for the item to be received NO EXCEPTIONS . CHAVIEL’S DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. All items must be unwashed, unaltered, unsoiled and in new condition for the exchange to be granted. If the listed criterion is not met for the requested item(s) for exchange will be returned to sender with a refusal notice. All sale items, clearance items, jewelry, handbags, headwear, belts , undergarments , eyelashes and accessories are non exchangeable.   Reimbursement for return shipment will not be made under any circumstance. The consumer is solely responsible for postage for all returned items. Once your item has been approved for an exchange you will receive a Store Credit code that can be used towards a future purchase , store credit has a three year expiration date. All store credits unused prior to June 1 2016 have been forfeited.
